Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO

As the Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO of Coventry, you will provide direct day-to-day support on a broad variety of administrative tasks and personal matters. This includes managing an active and dynamic calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans, and agendas.

Given the sensitive nature of the office of the CEO, you must have a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, appropriately representing the CEO and Coventry to internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum three to five years of experience supporting senior executives.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities include:

Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns.

Provide smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments.

Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Coordination and execution of company events together with the Marketing team.
