As Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all day-to-day email marketing channel initiatives, including scoping, planning, implementing and reporting on all campaigns. A key focus of this role is to advance our personalization and segmentation efforts by building highly targeted campaigns across multiple B2B and B2C business lines and verticals.
The Email Marketing Specialist will support overall marketing objectives to drive incremental growth across business units and actively seek to identify new opportunities to improve email effectiveness, engagement and organic list growth. You will work closely with our content team, multimedia designers, sales team and marketing leadership to develop a comprehensive content calendar and further develop email marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field highly preferred.
Three or more years of experience in executing and managing email marketing campaigns.
Complete understanding of email marketing best practices, regulations, and ESPs.
Proven project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advanced HTML design skills.
Experience with Salesforce and SQL preferred but not required.
Key job responsibilities include:
Coordinate with Director, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to develop an email marketing strategy focused on growth and retention across several business lines.
Responsible for all end-to-end aspects of B2B and B2C email marketing, including segmentation, content development, creative, proofing, multivariant testing and reporting.
Leverage existing first-party data lake and third-party data sources to develop discovery, conversion, engagement and nurture-oriented campaigns.
Create and implement strategies for list growth, improved engagement, and increased ROI.
Provide weekly KPI reporting on all email campaigns and propose actionable recommendations for improvements.
