Digital Marketing Analyst

The Digital Marketing Analyst will own the measurement of all digital advertising campaigns across search, display, social media and video advertising. You will work closely with the Director, Marketing and our agency partners to implement and execute media buys across multiple business units. You will play a key role in the management of a multi-million dollar digital advertising budget and support the day-to-day channel operations through ongoing analysis of core business and media performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, or other business-related discipline.

2 to 5+ years experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads management.

Experience handling and prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to logically translate and present analytical insights to key stakeholders.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Programmatic experience is a plus.

Key job responsibilities include:

Work closely with the Director, Marketing and our agency partners to execute and evaluate digital advertising efforts across video, search, social media and display campaigns.

Provide regular reporting on performance, optimizations and key learnings from ongoing test & learn strategies.

Execute day-to-day optimizations across all digital advertising channels.

Remain abreast of best practices, strategies, technologies and developments in paid search.

Provide analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement enhancements to improve campaign performance.

Continually monitor and evaluate competitive activity and performance across digital channels.
